| You are purchasing 1 foam plate/disc with or without instructions. Without Instructions: Replacement foam disc on its own, not wrapped. With instructions: Instructions are sent via email in pdf format so you can enlarge the diagrams and shows you how to make an 8 warp round braid and a 10 warp flat braid. The disc will come in the post un-wrapped. The thickness of the braid you make whether its round or flat is limited only by the hole in the centre of the plate, which is 16x37mm it would be easy to make it bigger as the plate is made of foam. I also think this is easier to use than the round disc as it has numbers 1-10 on one edge 11-20 on the other edge, large letters on one side and small on the other. Instructions are by Anne Dilker, she designed this square kumihimo plate for the beadsmith. You may find it easier using our no tangle bobbins with this plate as you wrap the rattail or c-lon tex, hemp, silk, cotton, material, wire etc around the bobbin then let it down as you need it. I stock end cap findings ie. necklace and bracelets fastens so you can wear your braiding, in gold plate, brass, sterling silver, silver plate, black gun metal and copper plate.
