Size 11 (11 beads to the inch) or 1.3mm long x 1.7mm external diameter. Size 8 (8 beads to the inch) 1.99 long x 3mm external diameter. Size: 6 (6 beads to the inch) 3.2mm long x 4.5mm diameter. Seed beads have rounded ends, and a smaller hole in the middle: a delica bead is like a cylinder with a larger hole in the centre for more needle passes.
