These are sterling silver U Shaped End  Caps for flat braid. The U Shaped End Cap has teeth two on one side and one on the other to grip into your braid, I would still use glue as well then just squeeze together, attach jump rings and clasp.  

Size 10mm: 9.7mm wide (the width of the braid). 7mm tall without the loop, loop is OD 3.1mm, ID 2.1mm, depth 3.5mm. It is stamped 925.

Size 8mm: 7.9mm wide (the width of the braid). 5.5mm tall without the loop, loop is OD 3.1mm, ID 1.4mm, depth 2.9mm. Has 925 cast in.

Size 6mm: 7mm wide (the width of the braid). 4.3mm tall without the loop, loop is OD 3.1mm, ID 1.41mm, depth 2.6mm.

Size 4mm: 4.5mm wide (the width of the braid). 4.5mm tall without the loop, loop is OD 3.1mm, ID 1.4mm, depth 2.2mm. It is stamped 925 on one side in a prominent postition as can be seen on the photograph.
