These are sterling silver pearl caps for half drilled pearls or beads. You may need to shorten the pin if its too long  to fit it inside your bead.

The picture shows from left to right 3mm 4mm 5mm 6mm. The 6mm was the one with the pattern on the top, but the manufacturer has changed it to plain, like the others.  The loose randomly arranged at the top of the picture are the 5mm size. 

Available in 4 sizes, the size is the measurement of the top diameter of the cap which covers the bead.

Size 3mm diameter cap, jump ring outer diameter  2.5mm,  jump ring hole size 1.4mm  Straight round pin  that fits inside the bead measures 3.6mm long .5mm thick.

Size 4mm diameter cap, jump ring outer diameter  2.9mm,  jump ring hole size 1.9mm    The wavy square pin that fits inside the bead measures 3.4mm long  .6mm thick.

Size 5mm diameter cap, jump ring outer diameter  2.9mm,  jump ring hole size 1.9mm  The wavy square pin that fits inside the bead measures 3.5mm long  .6mm thick.

Size 6mm diameter cap, jump ring outer diameter  2.6mm,  jump ring hole size 1.6mm  Straight pin that fits inside the bead measures 5.1mm long, .5mm thick.  Plain Cap not patterned as in Picture.
