The metal is sterling silver  which has been gold plated, the English term for this is silver gilt, in the USA it is called vermeil.

Made from jump rings soldered together, which look very effective.

Small  fits  6mm  bead. Size approx: 5mm diameter x 2mm tall 1.1mm thick.

Medium fits 8mm bead. Size approx:  6mm diameter x 2.4mm tall 1.1mm thick.
