This sterling silver heart  has been plated with rose gold. 

The jump ring is stamped with .925 the standard for sterling silver.  

Size Small:- 6.5mm wide x 8.7mm tall not including loose jump ring x  3mm thick . The oval jump ring is 5.3x 3.4mm OD and is made of .6mm thick wire.

Size Medium:- 13mm wide x 10mm tall not including loose jump ring x  5mm thick . The round jump ring is 5.6mm OD and is made of .94mm thick wire. This has now been discontinued so when there gone there gone for good.

The metal is sterling silver  which has been rose gold plated, the English term for this is silver gilt, in the USA it is called vermeil. Rose gold is made by adding copper to the gold, giving a rosy glow.
